Information involved in a visit
You can read this site without creating an account. The site has no contact form, checkout, image upload, advertising tracker or analytics script. Our page code does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare hosts and protects the site and may process technical request information, such as IP address, requested page, browser information and access time. Cloudflare may use security cookies where needed to protect its network.
If you email us, Zoho Mail handles your address, message and any details you choose to send. Do not email passwords, private plant photos or customer records.
Why we use it
- To deliver and protect the website and troubleshoot problems.
- To answer your support message and keep a record needed to handle it.
We do not sell website visitor information or use it for targeted advertising.
Providers, location and retention
Cloudflare provides website hosting and security. Zoho provides the support mailbox. They may process information in the locations and for the periods described in their own service terms. We keep support conversations while needed to answer and document them, and delete them when no longer reasonably needed, subject to applicable obligations. Technical records may remain with our providers under their settings and policies.
Your choices and requests
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of information in your support conversation by emailing support@plantworkroom.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required or reasonably needed for security or legal records. Your applicable rights depend on where you live.
App accounts
This policy covers the website and support email only. The public app is not available from this site. If you have a private test account, see account deletion requests. This website does not imply that an automatic app deletion process is live.
